Each year Wellways seeks to provide participants in our programs and services with an opportunity to provide feedback.
Our Speak Up Survey is a great opportunity to share your experience of our services. The survey is now open to all Wellways participants. The information we received through this survey shapes how we operate.
Unlike previous years, the survey will not have a closing date and people who use our services can complete it as many times as you like.
Speak Up Survey results
Results from last year’s Speak Up Survey showed us participants across the range of services Wellways provides are pleased with the support they receive. Participants also told us they want to access more activities and improved facilities (see the organisation-wide results below).
In response, we want to communicate better about our groups. We have committed to improving activities/groups across Wellways and establishing regional accessible calendars. We have also improved our facilities by installing consumer Wi-Fi at all PARCs across Victoria for example.

Over the phone
The Wellways Helpline can support you to complete the survey over the phone. All our Helpline operators have a lived experience of mental health issues, either personally or as a family member or carer.
Call Helpline on 1300 111 500 from 9am to 9pm Monday to Friday.
Complete a hard copy
Hard copies of the survey and reply paid envelopes are available at key Wellways sites. Feel free to ask a staff member to bring one to your session.
