About Well Connected
Well Connected provides free, short-term support for people experiencing challenges with their mental health and wellbeing. It helps people manage daily life, build skills, and feel more connected to others.
It also works with community groups to create welcoming, inclusive and mutually supportive spaces for everyone. Well Connected is available in the Western Vic, ACT, and Murrumbidgee regions.
What to expect
It supports people with their day-to-day needs, including:
- Strengthening social skills and community connections
- Managing daily tasks and routines (e.g. shopping, attending appointments)
- Working towards education, training or employment goals
- Maintaining physical health and wellbeing
- Building life skills and resilience
- Improving self-care, and reducing the need for acute or crisis health services

How to access this service
Well Connected is available to:
- People 18 years or older living in the Western Vic or ACT regions, and
- People 16 years or older living in the Murrumbidgee region
who are not eligible for NDIS funding.
Referrals to Well Connected can be made from clinical services, other support providers, general practitioners, family members and friends, or you can refer yourself.
