About Wattle House

Wattle House Toowoomba provides free mental health and wellbeing support for people aged 16 years and over.

We believe support should be guided by what matters to you. We’ll take the time to understand your experiences, goals and strengths and work alongside you to explore support options that feel right for you.

Whether you’re seeking support for the first time or looking to reconnect with services, Wattle House offers a welcoming space where you can feel heard, understood and respected.

What to expect

When you visit Wattle House Toowoomba, you’ll be welcomed into a safe, inclusive and supportive space.

Our team takes the time to listen and understand what matters most to you. Together, we’ll explore your strengths, goals and support options, helping you access the support that’s right for you.

Everyone’s journey is different, so we work alongside you at your own pace.

Accessing support

You can access support if you:

  • Are aged 16 years or over
  • Live in or are connected to the Toowoomba region
  • Are looking for support with your mental health and wellbeing
  • Would like someone to talk to, or help navigating available supports

No referral is needed to get started. Self-referrals and GP referrals are welcome.
