Our centre is located at 76A Reid St, Wangaratta.
There is a single entrance with a flat entry and two steps leading to the main floor.
Public Transport
- Train: Wangaratta Train Station is approximately 1.7 km from our centre, or about a 15-minute walk.
- Bus: The closest bus stop is at Ovens Street/Rowan Street, around a 3-minute walk from our centre.

Bicycle
There are no bike racks at our centre, but you’re welcome to securely store your bike in our enclosed courtyard.
Taxi
Please speak with reception staff if you require a taxi.
Parking
There is no parking on Reid Street, but two-hour paid parking is available at Victoria Parade, and all-day paid parking is available at The Co-Store Car Park on Victoria Parade, about 300 metres from our centre.
We are dedicated to creating a welcoming and accessible environment that supports you and your needs. Our spaces are thoughtfully designed to ensure ease of movement and to be accessible for wheelchairs and mobility aids.
Ground Floor
- There is a single entrance with double automatic sliding doors that lead to a flat entry and an elevator with a single automatic sliding door that is 88cms-wide. The elevator takes you to the Ground Floor reception and a large welcome area with flat pathways to consultation rooms and amenities.
- All consultation rooms have 88cm-wide doors with flat and open pathways. Some rooms are larger than others.
First Floor
- Accessible via the Ground Floor via an elevator with single sliding door that is 88cms-wide.
- A unisex accessible toilet with an 82cms-wide door.
- Kitchenette with tea and coffee facilities for your convenience and a computer kiosk with phone charging also available.

Lighting and Atmosphere
- Natural lighting, low light lamp options and a natural colour palette create a soothing environment.
- Some rooms have large windows that allow natural light.
- Comfortable furniture with soft textures in all rooms.
- Carpeted flooring in consultation rooms and noise-absorbing materials to some rooms to reduce sound and enhance privacy and quiet.
Retreat Spaces
- On the Ground Floor there is a Sensory Room with sensory-friendly items that are available to you as needed.
- A large courtyard with seating to the Ground Floor if you require some time outside.
