We’re committed to making everyone feel welcome, supported, and valued when they visit us. Our centres are designed with accessibility and inclusion in mind, and we continually strive to meet your unique needs so you can focus on your wellbeing with ease.

Our centre is located at 116 Corio St, Shepparton.

There are two entrances, both flat and free of stairs. There are two levels to the centre.

  • The Corio Street entrance has double automatic sliding doors that open into the welcome space with reception, seating and a children’s corner.
  • The rear carpark entrance (via Corio Street) has a single door leading to the welcome space with reception.

Public Transport

  • Bus: There are two bus stops within a one-minute walking distance located on Corio Street and Nixon Street.

Bicycle

A bike rack is available in the gated rear carpark via Corio Street.

Taxi

Please speak with reception staff if you require a taxi.

Parking

There is a dedicated carpark at the centre accessible via Corio Street. There are also two-hour paid parking spots along Corio Street, and free three-hour parking within walking distance of the centre.

We are dedicated to creating a welcoming and accessible environment that supports you and your needs. Our spaces are thoughtfully designed to ensure ease of movement and to be accessible for wheelchairs and mobility aids.

Ground Floor:

  • Flat and open pathways with no stairs to the entire floor.
  • Entrance leads to welcome space with seating, kid’s corner, consultation rooms, and two unisex toilets, with one accessible toilet with a 90cm-wide door, shower and change-table.
  • Kitchenette with tea and coffee facilities and phone charge available in the welcome space for your convenience.
  • Parent’s Room: Equipped with a nursing recliner chair, toys and activities for children, tea and coffee facilities, a microwave, and a fridge.
  • Multi-faith Room: Features wash facilities, a prayer mat, and head coverings to support spiritual practices.
  • Green Space Community Room: Includes a book exchange library, comfortable seating, calm lighting, and access to outdoor seating options.

First Floor:

  • Accessible via stairs or an elevator with double sliding doors measuring 90cm-wide.
  • Flat and open pathways to the entire floor with no stairs to all spaces.
  • An open social/communal space with comfortable seating, kitchenette and a computer kiosk with phone charging available.
  • Consultation rooms with 90cm-wide doors.
  • A unisex accessible toilet with shower and a 90cm-wide door.

  • Adjustable, dimmable lighting, low light options and a natural colour palette create a soothing environment.
  • Many consultation rooms have large windows that allow natural light.
  • Comfortable furniture with soft textures in all rooms.
  • Carpeted flooring and noise-absorbing materials to reduce sound.

Retreat Spaces

Ground Floor:

  • Comfort Room: available if you need a moment to yourself and sensory-friendly items and are designed for you to use as needed.
  • Green Space Community Room: offers a soothing environment and features a book exchange library, comfortable seating, calm lighting, and access to outdoor seating options.
  • Multi-faith Room: Features wash facilities, a prayer mat, and head coverings to support spiritual practices.

First Floor:

  • An open social/communal space with comfortable seating, kitchenette and a computer kiosk with phone charging available.
  • A designated quiet consultation room is available, equipped with sensory items.

Amenities

  • Bathroom facilities on both levels.

Noise Reduction

  • Carpeted flooring and noise-absorbing materials in most spaces to reduce sound and enhance privacy and quiet.
  • Our centre is near streets and footpaths but receives only low levels of outdoor noise throughout.
