What are the Mental Health and Wellbeing Hubs?

Mental Health and Wellbeing Hubs provide a mix of free face-to-face support, over-the-phone, and online support services for people who are experiencing mental health issues in response to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.

How do the Mental Health and Wellbeing Hubs help?

A wide range of supports are available for people experiencing psychological distress or mental health concerns. Support workers will work with a person to:

  • assess their needs
  • help develop strategies to cope
  • provide direct links to other health and social support services if needed.

Support is also available for families, friends and carers of people who are experiencing mental health issues.

How to access this service

No matter your age or what you are experiencing with your mental health and wellbeing, support is available to everyone living in Victoria.

In-person support services are delivered across regional areas of Victoria and most of metro Melbourne. Walk-in services managed by Wellways are available at Warrnambool and Shepparton.
