We understand the importance of a great learning environment in the early stages of a person’s career. It is our goal to provide the ideal environment for students which allows them to practice and develop their skills while they gain an appreciation for and understanding of what it is like working in mental health.
Where possible across our various programs and services, we will support formal vocational placements as required through a student’s Registered Training Organisation (RTO). It is important for students to observe and learn from others in the industry and gain as much experience as possible whilst undertaking their placement. Students are given the opportunity to contribute and leave their mark when working with us.
