Caroline has lived and living experiences of supporting young people who sometimes feels deep distress and despair. Caroline has lived experience of losing people she loves to suicide.
She holds a range of formal qualifications including a Masters in Social Health Ethics and a PhD exploring the experiences of bullying amongst doctors. Caroline is a co-founder of FaCRAN (Family and Carer Research Advocacy Network) and is a Senior Carer Perspective researcher and academic at RMIT University.
Caroline’s approach prioritises compassion and curiosity, she understands the world through a lens of intersectionality and holds a strong commitment to social justice, ethical practices and human rights.
