Overview

Over the past year, Wellways continued to grow and evolve in response to the people and communities we support. We strengthened leadership and research grounded in lived experience, deepened our reconciliation work, and honoured the contributions of those who have shaped our organisation and the systems we work within. Our focus remained on respect, equity, and supporting people to be the agents of their own lives.

Alongside this, Wellways expanded and adapted services to better meet community needs, amplified advocacy to elevate lived experience voices, and invested in our people and organisational culture. Through partnership, innovation, and a shared commitment to belonging, we continued building more accessible, compassionate, and connected supports, working toward a future where people and communties can thrive.
