In May 2018, we were accredited by the Australian Aged Care Quality Agency against the Home Care Common Standards.
In April 2018, the Quality Innovation Performance program (QIP) confirmed that we were re-accredited against the:

- National Standards for Mental Health 2010 (NSMHS)
- Quality Improvement Council Health and Community Services Standards 7th edition (QIC Standards)
In January 2018, our HealthCall services were certified by Global Mark against the:
- Attendant Care Industry Standard 2013
- AS/NZS ISO 9001:2016 Quality Management System – Requirements
- NSW Disability Service Standards
- Queensland Human Services Quality and Safety Standards
