Our South East PARC sites cater to different groups including:
- Adult PARC – Clayton
- Adult PARC – Narre Warren
- Extended PARC – Narre Warren (participants can stay up to 6 months)
- Women’s PARC – Springvale
- Youth PARC - Dandenong

What are the shift times?
Shifts times include:
- 8:30am - 4:30pm
- 2pm - 10pm
- 5pm - 9am (includes sleepover, 11pm – 7am)

What qualifications do I require to work at a Wellways PARC?
All roles except for the Peer Worker role require a qualification (min. Certificate IV or above) in the following areas:
- Mental Health
- Social Science (Psychology, OT, Social Work)
- Alcohol and Other Drugs
- Community Services or other related disciplines
Similar related areas and candidates currently studying are also considered.

There isn’t a key selection criteria you need to address as part of your application, however, we would like a short cover letter outlining why you’re interested in the role and what skills, experience and interests you would bring to the role.

This includes short-distance travel for things such as going to the local shops or attending appointments with participants.
Am I required to use my own car for work-related travel?
