Community Support Service (CSS) assists people aged 18 and above in the Great South Coast region of Victoria in being part of their community and staying connected.

Wellways works with people residing in supported accommodation at Themar Heights and the Frances Foundation. We provide opportunities for people who are living with mental health issues, disability, physical or intellectual disabilities or dual diagnosis, or who are at financial disadvantage, or who have experienced homelessness or are at risk of homelessness, as well as the frail aged.

We develop a plan based on your individual needs that aims to create community access, break down barriers, improve self-esteem and rebuild your confidence.

Activities are provided by the coordinator and volunteers, in partnership with many other organisations in the region.

Community Support Service is funded through Home and Community Care (HACC), Lyndoch Living and a donation from the Magistrates’ Court.

Referrals are made through Lyndoch Living.
