This is an eight-week healthy lifestyle program that assists you to take control of old behaviours and improve your physical, emotional and mental well-being. The program is delivered in one-hour sessions, once a week, and can be made available on an individual basis or to small groups. You will develop skills to recongnise stress and other factors that might affect your health, and to choose constructive coping strategies to maintain optimal health.
You will meet with similar goals and by the end of the program, you'll have improved your capacity to develop relationships and engage in your community. You will also have improved your ability to balance your physical and emotional health.
