Wellways and Neighbourhood Houses in Southern Tasmania are teaming up to offer a range of activities to promote mental health and wellbeing during Mental Health Week.

This low-impact exercise session is suitable for people with any level of fitness. The session will include a warm-up and body weight exercises to complete a short workout.
