Every Tuesday and Thursday

Tai Chi is a gentle, ancient Chinese system that incorporates slow movements that is often described as moving meditation. The exercises help create balance, helps with relaxation, enables meditation and teaches self-defense. Wellways Geelong invites everyone to attend this free community group. Tai Chi is held on Tuesday and Thursday each week in Johnstones park. Just look for the Wellways banners.
