Are you a family member, friend or carer of someone who experiences mental health and drug/alcohol use issues? Duo is a six-session peer education program designed to assist you. This is an in-depth comprehensive exploration of the issues that affect families, friends and carers of someone experiencing mental health and drug/alcohol use issues. It will provide you with knowledge, skills and strategies. You will have the opportunity to learn and connect with others in similar circumstances.

The program is led by peers - trained people who have their own experience as a family member, friend or carer of someone who has experienced mental health and drug/alcohol issues.
