An education and support program for families, friends and carers of someone experiencing mental health issues. Get up to date mental health information, strategies and skills to improve well-being and relationships, and a chance to connect with others with similar experiences.

The course will run every Thursday afternoon from 13th April and it will run for 8-12 weeks, depending on the group and facilitator.
