It gives participants up-to-date and accurate information about mental illness, treatment and support options as well as new ideas, problem solving skills and confidence to cope with the impact of mental illness and support recovery. It also provides an opportunity to share experiences with others who understand your experience. The Building a Future program is structured as 8 weekly sessions (3 hours) and 4 (3 hour) follow-up sessions throughout the year.
