Nikki cares deeply about social justice and contributing to creating inclusive, welcoming communities. Before entering the mental health sector, Nikki worked with refugees and asylum seekers in Queensland and Nauru, and in aged care prior to that. Nikki loves working for such an authentic organisation that lives its values and makes a positive impact in people’s lives.
Wellways acknowledges Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander People as the traditional owners and custodians of the land on which we live, work and play and pays respect to their Elders past and present.
